Wisconsin Road Trip: Take 1

Today we set out on our 2nd annual trip back to the area where we lived in Wisconsin.  Grandma and I had taken the trip with the kids last year, and this year Pa decided to join in on the fun.  Like last year, we decided to stay at a hotel with a small indoor waterpark, which the kids love!  After arriving at the hotel late in the afternoon, day #1 was spent splashing and playing in the water.

The girls loved the waterslide, and Jack even went down a time or two, on mommy's lap!  This year Jenna was confident enough to swim in the "big pool" (4ft. deep) without her swim vest, and both girls were into swimming underwater and holding their breath.

Jack is still a bit more cautious.  He enjoys the zero-depth splash areas over the deeper water, but did spend a little time in water above his knees!
