potty hostages

It's that time again. Time to cancel all plans outside the home, unplug the phone, turn off the t.v. and spend our days parading in and out of the bathroom. It's potty training time!

I'm very proud to say that, after one week, our little Kara seems to have mastered the wonder that is wearing underwear. Hip-hip-hooray!

In the beginning, potty training is more of a performance art. "Come watch me pee!" or "Who wants to watch me?" are common refrains. And, as the photo shows, sometimes you have just the right audience assembled to put on the performance of a lifetime : )
