The Christmas season is also a time of remembrance. It's our first year without Dakota in the house at Christmas time, and I almost miss him knocking ornaments off of the tree with his tail, or getting dog hair all over the wrapped gifts.
We still hung his Christmas decorations and his stocking, just to keep him in mind this holiday season.
