Sleepover

Having two little girls I know that our future holds MANY sleepovers, both at other people's houses and at ours.

Earlier this summer Jenna went for her first sleepover at a friend's house and made it through the whole night w/out calling and wanting to come home, unlike her mommy who probably didn't make it through a sleepover until she was about 12.

Tonight we had our first friend sleep over at our house w/out their parents.  The girls had fun and eventually did go to sleep after several hours of getting settled.

They also got a glimpse into their future of having sleepovers with their friends while their pesky little brother is at home.

I fear the days of adolescent and teenage girls sleeping over and Jack wanting to hang out with them for much different reasons.  For now he just wants to be one of the girls : )
